The Blue Parrot Inn is 28 miles away from Key West, FL (EYW-Key West International) Airport which is 10 minutes away. The Inn is friendly and quiet house that welcomes all adults above 16 years of age. The Inn is located just off US1 (Truman Ave), and only two blocks from the famous Duval St. Beaches, restaurants, clubs, shops and galleries are all within very easy walking distance. The Inn which was originally built in 1884, reflects classic Bahamian charm with an overlay of Victorian gingerbread. The setting is secluded with lush tropical foliage and exotic plants abound in the Hotel's gardens.<br><br>A buffet breakfast is included each morning by the hotel's pool, which is heated for guest comfort. Free parking is also available. Pets are not allowed.<br><br>All guest rooms vary in size and decor but all features air conditioning, ceiling fan, telephones with free local calls, cable TVs, private baths, and more. Most rooms also have refrigerators. Sweeping verandas provide outside access to the rooms.
