The Annie Mae Lodge is located in Gustavus, Alaska the gateway to Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve. It sits along Icy Straight, which is known for its amazing marine life including Humpback Whales and Stellar's Sea Lions. Gustavus is a great location for kayaking, fishing, and adventure seeking travelers who are looking for untouched beautify in Glacier Bay National Park or the surrounding Tongass National Forest. Gustavus is accessible by plane and the Alaska Marine Highway System and we are here to help you plan an exciting vacation to our backyard.

Accommodations

Our lodge is a two story post and beam building with a large covered wrap-around deck attached to three quarters of the building. A very comfortable and beautiful design, the building lends itself to excellent views and a relaxed atmosphere. The commons room is very comfortable and is right next to our dining room area. Both are great places to sit and relax after a busy day sightseeing and exploring. Wood is dominant in the design and makes for a very warm and inviting feeling. Decorations are a mix of local art and antique family collectables passed down through the generations.

Rooms/Suites

The Annie Mae Lodge has eleven rooms. Two rooms share a bath and the other nine rooms have their own private bath. Each room is unique and very comfortable. Seven of the rooms have their own entrance and exit onto our covered deck..

Amenities

We have a restaurant on site that serves breakfast, lunches, and dinner. We also have wireless internet available for our guests.

Services Offered

The Annie Mae Lodge staff is here to provide help in arranging custom packages in advance of your stay or once you are here. We also have shuttle services available for guests as needed.

Policies & Restrictions

Our rooms are non-smoking, but smoking is allowed on our covered deck. Our facility is handicap accessible. Pets are not allowed. The Annie Mae Lodge is a family friendly establishment.

Rates are based on double and single occupancy. Base rates include continental breakfast while package rates include all meals.

We are located in Gustavus, Alaska. We are 3 miles from the Gustavus Airport and 3 miles from the Gustavus dock. We are 8 miles from the Glacier Bay National Park headquarters. The Annie Mae Lodge sits at the end of Grandpa's Farm Road which is a secondary road off of Good River Road.
