The house is located in Downtown core in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. On Callejón Temezcuitate (pedestrian street). Most of the neighbors are quiet and calm families, they are very nice people.

Vacation Rental Property

The house is a renewed old Mexican style house. It is a 3 levels house: the first floor was built at the beginning of the last century. At this floor you can find the stay room, the kitchen, the patio, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the second floor are 2 bedrooms and on the third floor is an additional room where you can enjoy a very nice view.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

There are 4 different sizes rooms available for 1, 2, 3 or more people. Two of them are on the first floor. These rooms share the shower and bathroom located on the patio. The other 2 bedrooms are on the second floor. These rooms with private bathroom and shower each one. There is an additional room on the third floor, this is the biggest and there can be slept up to 6 people comfortably with its own bathroom.

Amenities

The house is totally furnished. In the stay room you can watch TV with cable service or listen music on the stereo. Only local calls are allowed but I could provide the phone number to receive calls from your family (calls prepaid by them). The kitchen is totally equipped: refrigerator, microwave, mixer and all what you need to cook by yourself. On the patio you can read a good book under the shadow from the peach tree. All the bedrooms are ready to be use.

Services Offered

It doesn't matter how you arrive, we can pick you up @ Bus Station in León or BJX Airport for an extra little additional fee. If it's necessary we have a van.

Policies & Restrictions

There is no restrictions about age, gender, sexual preferences, pets (in this case you will be responsible to keep clean the house). You can party without bordering neighbors and keeping the house cleaned.
The only place in the whole house you are allowed to smoke is on the patio.

Rates & Availability

Published price is per bedroom/month, but you can rent one or more bedrooms per day/weekly or monthly. Rates will depend of the bedroom rented (with or without private bath and shower) quantity of persons (if you are a group and you are available to share the room, if you are a couple, etc).

Other Information

If you are interested, you could spend some time or holidays with us (my family, brothers and sisters) in León (30 minutes from Guanajuato by car) and we can show you the city and other activities.

Directions

The house is located on Callejon Temezcuitate. The advantage from another houses rented on the area is that it is located at the beginning of the callejon, a few steps away from the main avenue near Teatro Cervantes. You can walk to the University of Guanajuato (5 minutes) and the most touristic places.
