We are located just off of the Johanssen Expressway across from shopping and dining options, just minutes away from downtown Fairbanks. We are 15 minutes from the Fairbanks International Airport and 3 minutes from the Alaska Railroad Depot.

Our 101 rooms offer a great variety of sleeping accommodations, comfortable beds, and plenty of space to work or play. We have a beautiful indoor pool and hot tub, a Fitness Center with state of the art equipment, and many other features to make your one day stay or one month stay a great experience. Our staff is attentive and friendly and will go out of their way to make sure your needs are exceeded. We want you to see Alaska and enjoy your journey. So get a good night's sleep and a great Breakfast in the morning before heading off to work or play!

Rooms/Suites

All of our rooms are non-smoking and come equipped with either one king-size bed or two queen- sized beds. They also all have a microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron/iroing board, wired and wireless HSIA, and 37" flatscreen TVs. Our King Studio Suites are quite a biut larger than a standard room and have one king-size bed and a pull-out sofa. The suite also come with a wet bar with built in microwave and refrigerator, a very large closet, and a larger work area than the standard rooms.

Amenities

Besides the indoor pool and hot tub, the fitness center, On the House Hot Breakfast, and an amazing staff, we also offer free transportation to and from the airport and the train station in our Hotel airport shuttle. We provide on-site laundry facilities for guest use as well as same day drycleaning service (weekdays only).

Policies & Restrictions

Our hotel does not allow pets. All of you rooms are non-smoking. You must be 21 years old to rent a room. We accept all major credit cards and most business checks. We do not accept cash as a form of pre-payment. We must have a credit card on file for all rentals unless billing arrangements have been set up in advance and are contracted.

Rates & Availability

Rates vary by season. Off season Rates (January - April and October - December) are between $99 and $159 depending on the day of the week, length of stay, and room type. Peak season rates (mid-May - mid September) are between $199 and $259 depending on day of the week, length of stay and room type.

Discounts Offered

We offer discounts to military members with current and valid government issued military ID. We off AAA and AARP discounts to current members of either organization with current and valid prrof of membership.
