Surrounding Area
Two-and-one-half miles of some of New England's finest beach front can be found at Crescent Beach. Crescent Beach stretches along the Island's east coast from Old Harbor (where the ferries dock) to Clay Head. It connects Surf beach and Baby beach to the south with Scotch and Mansion beaches, to the north.
Block Island has been called the "Bermuda of the North," so it is only fitting that most visitors choose bicycles or mopeds as their primary form of island transportation. Many beach-goers find it easy to walk straight to the beach from the ferry landing, or rent a bike or moped to explore the beach further out.
Admission to all beaches, as well as parking, is free. The Frederick J.Benson Pavillion, also known as the "Town Beach" is located at the heart of Crescent beach. It has a fully operated concession stand and visitors may also rent chairs, cabanas, umbrellas and boogie boards. There are lifeguards, showers and bathroom facilities as well.

Continental breakfast buffet is served 8 am -10:00 am.
All room rates are based on double occupancy and include a continental breakfast buffet.
Units will full kitchen, breakfast is not included.

All rates are subject to 6% RI hotel tax, and 7% RI sales tax.
A deposit of one night stay or 50% of your total stay is required at time of reservation. The balance will be due upon arrival, at check-in. We accept Visa/MC/AMEX, Travelers and Personal Checks and Cash.
In the event a reservation is cancelled 2 weeks or more in advance of the Arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, less a $15 processing fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks of the Arrival date, deposits will be refunded provided the room is rebooked for all nights reserved, and is subject to the above processing fee.
We generally require a two night minimum stay on most weekends, while Holiday weekends usually require a 3 night minimum stay. Please call the Innkeepers to discuss one night stays on weekends.
No AAA, Corporate or Government rates are offered, although large group rates are offered.
Children are welcome.
Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets, unless arranged in advance.
Smoking is not permitted inside the Inn.
