“Casa Mavri” in Spanish or Italian means House of Mavri. Each morning the Adriatic sea present to the guests of Casa Mavri new spectacularly view, new natural landscape. The unique location of the House which is only 10 meters from the sea – Port Milena – where the River Milena comes into the sea on the very beginning of the Long Beach will satisfy the most pretentious guest. Around the House guests will found a Pine Park just on the other side of the River Milena, sandy beach of Hotel “Otrant”, 3 km healthy promenade to the center of Ulcinj through the National Park and the wild rocky beaches of Pinjesh. The House has 15 Apartments with the possibility of 2-4, 2-2 and 2-5 additional beds. Each room has air-conditioner, TV, shower & WC, fridge and balcony with the table and chairs. However, the House has two big terraces one in the first floor and the other one in the fourth floor, it is different from others floors because there is a big terrace and phenomenal, direct sea view to the beach. The beds have orthopedic mattresses. Each floor has its kitchen room for commune use. During the summer there are a plenty of small and big restaurants, bars, cafes and shops around the House. Also, there any many facilities that Casa Mavri offers, such as riding a Jetski, boat trip and many more.
