Riverview House - two bedroom with king beds or twins, one bath, full kitchen, great room overlooking the Kasilof River, laundry facility, free WiFi, TV and DVD player.
Suites - large rooms with king or two twins, day bed, trundle, large double sink bathroom with large shower, microwave, coffee pot, mini fridge, TV with DVD player, free WiFi.
Potters Rooms - queen bed, shared bath, sink, microwave, coffee pot, TV with DVD player, free WiFi.
Dining room that with 8 round tables that will seat 48 to 64 people. Full kitchen to cook meals or have pot luck dinners. Arrangement for local catering company for conferences, reunions, dinner parties and retreats. Theater for movie viewing, power point presentations or just playing games. Studio for quilt, art, scrap booking, pottery or any fun retreat you can think of. Our facilities can house up to 22 people for weddings, reunions or retreats.

From Anchorage drive south on highway 1 towards Homer. After Hope you will take a right on highway 1 to 1/2 mile past mile marker 109. After the Kasilof river bridge turn left onto Spetz then right onto Terrace Drive. We are about 1/2 mile on the left. The drive will take around 3 to 3 1/2 hours from Anchorage. You can fly into Kenai which will take 25 minutes to drive to us taking the north Kalifornsky beach road, left onto sterling highway then left on Spetz and right on Terrace Drive.
