Great value for money,but the very clean and spacious double rooms are US $4 shared b/room and $6 en suite - it's still a bargain.
The owner/manager is Australian and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Western-style guesthouse overlooking the Mekong in a quiet, garden setting. There is a restaurant with full bar facilities, serving both Khmer and Western food at reasonable prices. Other facilities include WiFi-enabled Internet, daily newspaper, laundry, bus bookings, motobike and bike rental, tuktuk tours etc.
All the rooms are spacious with at least 1 large window. The queen-sized beds are fitted with thick, comfortable mattresses and high quality sheets and pillows.
