Dead Sea, Israel Youth Hostels
Midway between dessert and sea, lies the peaceful and charming Jericho Inn. The Inn is located in Vered Jericho village, allowing you an easy access to the sites & hikes of the Judean Desert (St. George Monastery, Dir Hagla Monastery, Qumran) and to the shores of the Dead Sea.
Lying in the hammock in the garden or relaxing in of one our lovely cabins, you will enjoy the enchanting countryside atmosphere of Jericho Inn.
Our rooms are suitable for couples, families and independent travelers. Small groups are also welcomed to stay.
In the room you'll have air conditioning, bathroom & shower, a small kitchenette, mini-fridge, cocking plate/microwave oven and satellite TV. You are invited to chill out in the large garden with a grass lawn, swings and hammocks.
Traveling family? we can add additional beds for each room (up to 4 people per room). Contact us directly for more details.
We offer also a 5 bed mixed-dorms for backpackers and independent travelers. The dormitories include en-suite shower and toilet, equipped kitchen, satellite TV, DVD, air conditioning, linen and towels.
You can have a barbecue or just relax and rest after a long traveling day. Our guests enjoy free WiFi access as well.
The inn is located 10 minutes ride from the Dead Sea shoreline.

It is a 10 minute ride to the Dead Sea beach.
It is highly recommended that you to rent a car when travelling in the Dead Sea area. It is also cheaper than using public transportation and will also allow you full independence and comfort.
By Car: From Jerusalem drive towards the Dead Sea (route no.1, After about 20 minutes you will reach Almog junction, where you should turn left heading to Vered Jericho. Drive straight until you enter the Moshav (small village). Drive straight and take a left turn at the circle. Drive up all the way (about 3 minutes) until you reach a parking area - you are there!
By bus: From Jerusalem take Egged bus no. 961/486/966 and get off at Almog junction.
From Tel-Aviv (Arlozorov bus terminal) take Egged bus no. 421 and get off at Almog junction.
****Arriving by bus? Please call us ahead and We will come to pick you up from the junction (5 minutes ride)*****
