Right in the heart of the city, few metres from the main square Piazza del Campo and the Cathedral, Palazzo Masi is a medieval building completely and nicely restored.

It offers two different kinds of room:

- charming superior rooms,on the second floor of the building, with antique furniture (XVIII and XIX centuries), private bathrooms with showers, towel-warmers and hairdryers, medieval beamed ceiling, double king-beds, free high-speed internet wi-fi in room, nice view

and

- standard rooms, located on the third floor of the building, suitable for young people and budget travelers that love to stay comfortably right in the city-centre, with double king-beds or two single beds,shared bathroom with shower, nice view, free internet high-speed wi-fi in room.

72 hrs cancellation policy.

Breakfast is available upon request at the rate of 8 euros/person/day.
A private free garage, located only few steps from the Piazza del Campo, is available for bicycles and scooters.
No curfew to respect.
Free maps and detailed information will be provided upon the arrival.
Luggage storage inside the building.

Special discount in Il Campo parking for our guests: 25 euros/24 hours instead of 1,60 euro/hour.
It is permitted the entrance by car until the front-door to pick-up the luggage.

Check-in: from midday until 7 pm.
Check-out: Within 10 a.m.

Important: it is requested a phone-calling at your arrival in the historical centre.

Directions

From the bus station in the historical centre, coming from Rome, Florence, Perugia: look at the shops in Piazza Gramsci in front of you and turn right.

Go straight on until the main square Piazza del Campo (400 metres far). at the corner of the tobacconist is Casato di Sotto, walk along that street for 50 metres and Palazzo Masi is at your right side at the number 29.

By car from North or South of Italy
Take the TANGENZIALE street and get the exit 'Siena Sud', then follow the signs Porta Tufi-Il Campo parking, near us (price for our guests:25 euro/24 hours).

You can park there or look for a free parking (white lines) outside Porta Tufi.It's not allowed to enter in the area by car, but you can do it for few minutes to carry your luggage: after Porta Tufi , turn right ( via Fontanella), go straight on until the top, turn left ( via S.Agata).

After 30 metres on your right side is a little arch (Porta all'Arco).Pass under it and turn right at the first street Casato di Sopra.Go straight on (Casato di Sotto) and at the number 29 on your right side is Palazzo Masi.

From the train-station
Take a taxi outside the train station ( rate: about 9 euros) and you'll get off at the Palazzo Masi's front-door,
or take the bus going to Piazza del Sale or Piazza Gramsci, then walk for 400 metres until the main square Piazza del Campo.
