BBQs, Mojitos, Sun deck, Jacuzzi and a Comfy Chillout area...... are some simple pleasures our guests can use freely at Hostel Malti!! Finally we have re-opened the new and improved Terrace to our scruffy and happy guests...... a terrace not to be expected in most Hostels! The terrace has always been the perfect place where travellers have the opportunity to chill after spending their day exploring our beautiful island or just sit back and get to share travel stories while sipping a cocktail in our jacuzzi. We also will be hosting Terrace BBQs on most evenings which can be enjoyed while winding down and listening to some chillout summer tunes.

The Hostel's architecture is a converted Maltese townhouse dating back some 100 years. Our four bright and airy dormitory rooms; Sea, Sand, Sun and Surf are all equipped with individual lockers for you to use.
We also have a strict rule that after 11:00pm is quiet time even though most guests are warming up for the night at that hour. So in order to continue the fun, on most nights we organize a small pub crawl to kick off the evening, these are fun and good value for money. In the morning in order for you to have a nice lie-in we have equipped the rooms with black-out curtains. And for our early birds, our fully equipped outdoor kitchen is very popular whether iti s a quick fry up or a healthy fruit salad.
We go out of our way so that you will be able to find an activity, interest or adventure that excites you, whether it is beaching, kite surfing, partying, hiking, scuba diving, cliff jumping, learning English, 4WD, biking, sailing, parasailing, shopping/market places, horseback riding, snorkeling!!
One of our many great achievements is when we bring people from different nations together! With the help of the atmosphere created by our rooftop terrace and the warm homely feel of the Hostel, we welcome you to be part of the good vibe that resonates here.

-Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your arrival, or the first night's stay will be charged on to your card.
-Check in time: 24 hours

From Malta Airport (MIA):
1/ catch the X2 bus to Saint Julians.
2/ Ask the driver to drop you at Balluta Bay, St Julians, near Neptunei s Water Polo Club. Opposite the club, youi ll see a bar called i Muddy Watersi .
Take the steps to the left of this bar and once you reach the top of the steps take a left and walk to the very top of the hill (about 150 metres).
At the top of the hill take another left and walk for 50 metres and youi ll be in front of Hostel Malti, number 41.
If youi re coming from Sliema, catch any bus towards St Julians. Stop in Balluta Bay (just after Le Mi ridien Hotel) and find Neptunei s Water Polo Club.
Opposite the club, youi ll see a bar called i Muddy Watersi .
