We\'re in an oasis of quiet in the old part of town, where you can glance at the stylish architecture of the 19th century and some of the most beatuful churches in Europe.

In addition the many shops, restaurants and bars just five minutes away, nearby attractions include: The Houses of Parliament (the second biggest building in the world), The National Museum of Contemporary Art,The Old Princely Court and we\'re only two minutes away from the hippest club in town, Fabrica Club, an old factory remodeled for youngish attitudes.

Walking ten minutes north you get to the historical center, home to many art galleries, antique shops and coffeehouses. On a beautiful day, you can stroll down the narrow cobblestone streets and imagine the shopkeepers outside near their stores, encouraging people to buy their merchandise and negotiating prices with them.

A two-minute walk gets you to Carol Park which is one of the most beautiful in the city and contains a massive monument, as well as the eternal flame that marks the grave of the Unknown Soldier. Designed by French landscape architect Eduard Redont in 1900s, the park offers pleasant walks down tree-lined paths, a good view of central Bucharest (from the monument) and plenty of photo opportunities. In summertime, the park\'s Arenele Romane is the stage for open-air concerts.

For the night-owls among you, Bucharest offers a big variety of clubs, caf�s and pubs which are equally just within easy reach.We also have a charming garden � a perfect place to chill out and enjoy the international atmosphere of people coming together from all around the world.

Directions

From the Airport (Banaeasa or Otopeni):

Take the Express bus no 783 to Unirii Square, last stop. Make sure that you get off at the last stop, Unirii Square has 2 stops.When get off the 783, walk to your right for about 200 meters and you get to Bibescu Voda Street. Walk straight untill you get to Calea Serban Voda Street and keep walking until you find Principatele Unite Street on your right. Going on Principatele Unite, our street is the third on your left, Olimpului Street. You will find us at no 13, a black and yellow gate. Come in and enjoy the fun atmosphere!
As you have to walk some small streets to reach our hostel ,we recommend that you print out a map, which you will find through the pictures.

From the Trainstation (Gara de Nord) :

Go to 'Gara de Nord 1' subway station and get on the Yellow Line going to Pantelimon. At the 7th stop get off the train at Unirii Square (Piazza Unirii) and take a right and get out of the subway station. As you're climbing the stairs to get out, keep walking straight and take the first right. This short street will take you to Serban Voda Street,take left on Serban Voda Street and walk in the direction of the big church. When you pass the church, take the first street on your right, Principatele Unite Street and then the third on your left, Olimpului Street.You will find us at no 13, a black and yellow gate. Come in and enjoy the fun atmosphere!
