The Panorama View Deluxe is a beautiful and modern two bedroom, 3 room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people in the very centre of Manhattan - just 3 blocks away from Empire State Building. The apartment is cosy and comfortable, and has all the amenities that you will need during your stay in New York. You also get a great panoramic view of midtown Manhattan and New York's famous skyline and Hudson river from the 13th floor, it is especially beautiful at night. The apartment is located on relatively quiet block, so you will have absolutely no noise from the street, but will enjoy the view.

The building has all the amenities you could wish for and much more. For security you have a 24-hour doorman and video surveillance throughout the public areas of the building. There are also 4 elevators in the building, making your trip to your apartment quick and efficient. There is also a laundry room on each floor, so you do not even need to go downstairs (like in most Manhattan luxury buildings) to wash your clothes. And if you like to work out while on vacation or a business trip - you can enjoy the free gym on the third floor! The greatest part of this all is the roof deck where you can come as you please, sit, relax and enjoy the city views!

After the booking is made we will ask you to send us credit card authorization for 50% prepayment of the booking, the remaining 50% will need to be paid on arrival to the apartment.

Cancellation policy
• If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days before arrival date, the Hospitality Provider will charge a $50 processing fee
• If the booking is cancelled 21-14 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booking
• If the booking is cancelled 14-7 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking
• If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date the booking will be non-refundable

Check-in and check-out procedures:
Usually the keys are passed on by the doorman. If there is a balance that you need to pay on arrival, you will also find credit card authorization in the envelope with the keys. The sum is usually already on the authorization. Please fill it out and leave on the kitchen table. We will pick the authorization form from the apartment the next day after your arrival between hours of 12 and 4 pm, you do not need to be home for that. We will also leave a check-out form for you and maid service form (if you stay longer than 7 days), so you can let us know the time o your check-out and the convenient time for the cleaning. You can also leave those forms on the table with the authorization form. On check-out please leave the keys on the kitchen table and make sure that the door locks behind you.
