Surrounding Area

The guesthouse surrounding area is well maintained with flowers as well as crushed stones on the parking areas.The surrounding area is clean and appealing to the clients stay. The florescent lighting at night provide a nice view and allows clients to have a sense of security.

The rooms are well maintained and with ceramic tiles on all the rooms makes them appear very wonderful and beautiful to the clients and are irresistible.

Some rooms are Air-conditioned whilst others are fan cooled to make the clients withstand the warn weather in the summer of Livingstone.

The rooms have DSTV facilities to enable clients watch international Program mes such as CNN,BBC, SKY NEWS and Latest movies from Hollywood, London and other European countries.

Smoking is only allowed outside the rooms and lobby in other words outside.Pets are not allowed at the Comfort Corner Guesthouse.Children are allowed so long as they are with their parents or guardians.

Rates & Availability

Our rates are affordable and we charge per room which is US 50 and we are flexible depending on the number of days the client is staying. Honey moon clients are given a discount of 5% per day.

We are agents for the activity companies which provide tour & activity operations.We can book our clients for Helicopter flights, River /Boat Cruises, Elephant rides,Lion Encounter, Bunji jumping and the like.

Directions

We are located at plot No 24 Maambo Way,Livingstone.When the client is on the Mosi-oa-Tunya Road and is coming from the northern direction or from Lusaka he or she should locate Mose Street.When you find Mose street turn to the right and cross John Hunt Way, move on and cross Likute Way then after Likute Way you look on the left hand side and then you have found us on the left hand corner of Mose Street.

Discounts Offered

We offer Discount for clients staying for more then 4 days at 5% of the total Accommodation price.

honeymooners are given a discount of 5% irrespective of the number of days they are staying.The honeymooners should provide proof that they were recently married and are on honeymoon.
