Our historic old town location couldn't be more convenient. Walk to town or ride your bike to Moab's famous Slickrock Trail. Restaurants and shops are within a few blocks. In the evening, rejuvenate in the hot tub, relax in the garden setting or let us cater a special meal for your small or large groups. Weddings and special events are our specialty.

Beautiful renovated late 1800's home located in a quiet neighborhood yet walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Our tastefully appointed rooms offer eye pleasing decor and accommodations which are comfortable, clean and relaxing and offer a blend of vintage and new furnishings which add warmth and personality. Our grounds which surround the home indulge you with lots of trees, furniture, herb and rose gardens. Wonderful homemade upscale breakfast is included in the room rate.

Terms & Conditions of Stay:
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the inn. We do not allow smoking on the premises.
Check-In time is 4:00-6:00 pm daily. If your travel plans require a late arrival, please call us in advance for Late Check-In Procedures.
Checkout time is 10:00 am.

CANCELLATIONS:

We are a small destination property. Every guest reservation is both important and special to us.
We require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit (per room) to reserve your room(s) or cottage(s) and your full payment upon your arrival at the B&B.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel 15 days or less, we will retain 100% of each rooms nightly rate. Please understand that you are responsible for, and will be billed for, your entire reservation. If we rebook your room(s) or cottage(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

Rates & Availability

Rates start at $125.00 and go up to $165.00 per night based on double occupancy. (Taxes are not included.)
