Surrounding Area
The village of Cumbuco born into an oasis of palm trees right on the beach and framed by stunning white sand dunes and lagoons, the sun shines all year with a pleasant average temperature of around 28 ° C always ventilated thanks to the thrust of trade winds that blow attracted by equator. The whole coast is characterized by miles of secluded and stunning beaches to drive waterfront with the dune buggy, ideal for practicing kitesurf and windsurf, but also are surf spots accessible by buggy.
In the village and on the beach you will find many restaurants, beach bars, supermarket, souvenir shops, a pharmacy, a gas station and an ATM/Cash machine.
The heart of the village is located 5 minutes drive from Summerville Condo. In the evening you can breathe a wonderful feeling of tranquility and harmony, restaurants offering local specialties, meat and fish cuisine cooked in the way of churrasco, and who wants to continue the evening, the night offers special evenings in the beach bars along the beach in a festive atmosphere and serenity, but without the excesses of the city.

The context is that of Summerville, a prestigious waterfront Condominium with a guard services, sports center, swimming pool, sauna , tennis, football, surrounded by a landscaped garden.
Completed in 2010, affording breathtaking ocean views. It is on two levels: in the ground floor, there is a large living room with windows overlooking the sea, kitchen, 4 bedroom suites with private entrance overlooking the garden, all with sea view and private bathroom. Upstairs, two bedroom suites each with ocean view, terrace and private bathroom.
The Veranda furnished in rustic style overlooks the garden, where are settle an open-sky Jacuzzi and a deck with barbeque to enjoy fantastic moments of relax.
