The trek to Everest Base camp (5364m) is without doubt one of the most famous
trekking in the world. This trekking is also known as Everest Base Camp and Kalapathar trekking in Everest region of Nepal. It reveals some of the most breathtaking scenery in the Himalayas. After exploring Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, you fly to Lukla where your trek to Everest begins. The trail follows the course of the Dudh Kosi, the ‘River of Milk’, gradually climbing through forests of rhododendron and magnolia. It crosses remote valleys, villages and monasteries. There are rest days at Namche Bazaar (the gateway to Khumbu) and at Dingboche village (set below the spectacular peak of Ama Dablam) for the acclimatization. A non technical climb of Kalapathar (5550m) highlights the truly spectacular panorama views of Mount Everest and many of the world’s highest and most beautiful mountains.

Itinerary
Day 01: Upon arrival in Kathmandu International airport transfer to the hotel. Orientation of the trip. O/n at hotel in Kathmandu hotel.
Day 02: Fly to Lukla(2710m). Then trek to Phakding (2652 m). O/n at mountain lodge
Day 03: Phakding to NamcheBazar(3446 m). O/n at mountain lodge
Day 04: Rest in Namche Bazaar/ Excursion Namche Bazaar and Syangboche Village. Back to Namche Bazaar. O/n at mountain lodge
Day 05: Namche Bazaar to Tyangnboche(3867 m). O/n at mountain lodge
Day 06: Tyangboche to Dingboche(4260m). O/n at mountain lodge
Day 07: Rest in Dingboche/ day excursion Dingboche and Chukung Village. O/n at mountain lodge
Day 08: Dingboche to Lobuche(4930 m). O/n at mountain lodge
Day 09: Lobuche to Gorkhashep (5140m)-Kalapatter(5545 m)-Gorakhashep. O/n at mountain lodge
Day 10: Gorkha shep to EBC and down to the Lobuche(4930 m). O/n at mountain lodge
Day 11: Lobuche to Pangboche. O/n at mountain lodge
Day 12: Pangboche to Namche Bazzar. O/n at mountain lodge
Day 13: Namche Bazzar to Phakding. O/n at mountain lodge
Day 14: Phakding to Lukla. O/n at mountain lodge
Day 15: Fly back to Kathmandu. O/n at hotel in Kathmandu
Day 16: Transfer to the airport for your onward journey
Age range, type of group
We offer this trek to everyone from above 12 years of age to all age group who are physically fit for walking 5/6 hours a day in mountain terrain.
We welcome family, couples, singles, youth vs. senior to join this trek
Sleeping and meals
You spend overnight at lodge run by local villagers. There you are served hygenic meals.
Restrictions
No restriction on smoking and gender. Age under 16 can also join this trip. Pets are prohibited.

Two night accommodation in Kathmandu at three star hotel with breakfast
Accommodation in Mountain lodge run by local people during trek
Meal on full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) during trekking
One highly experienced mountain Guide and porters (1 porter for 2 people),
Accommodation food, drinks, salary, insurance, transportation of both trek guide and porters

All necessary paper works and national park entry permits

Nepal entry visa fee (USD 25 for 15 days/ USD 40 for 30 days from date of issue) (You may easily get Nepal visa upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu)
