Rock & Gemstone Events, Classic and other Car Club meeting place, Art Festivals, Parties, Bush Conferences. Great meeting place for anybody who loves Nature and Natural surroundings. Yes we have lots of interesting insects, snakes that show up fairly frequantly, you WILL get dust on your car...this is the classic African bush! (but close you would never belive there is 5000 Hectares hidden so close to civilisation!)

Restrictions

Pets welcome on leashes, smoking allowed..everybody is very welcome (except if you turn up at night...The Danes and doggies will eat you if I havent already shot you).

All free...you just need to get here.

Availability

Museum Shop is open on weekends and Public Holidays from 9am-4pm. Weekdays our normal Gemstone & MIneral business is running here from 7am-6pm daily, but not open to public unless prior appointment has been made

Directions

Take Ashburton Turnoff from N3 Main Jhb-Durban Highway.

Turn right (from offramps from either direction)

Drive 4km to end of Tar road. (You will see a sign saying Toprock Museum Shop 250m)

Turn left at fork at end of tar road

First entrance on right. "Toprock & Three Aloes" Sign above gate.

Lion Park. A couple of thousand acres of lovely bush, lots of animals of all kinds....last time I was there I had my tyres eaten by 11 almost full grown lions in the enclosure while taking a guy from Rhodes Museum(UK) out on his first trip to South Africa..exciting!)
