Crystal River, Florida Scuba & Snorkeling
River Ventures Manatee Tour & Kayak Center offers quality tours to swim with the manatees. All of River ventures boats are USCG Certified and all captains are USCG Licensed and drug tested. Our tour boats are designed to provide comfort for all seasons, shady and cool in the summer, and enclosed and warm in the winter. Each tour has an "in water" guide who will be there to assist you and your group to ensure a positive experience for all. HD video and photographs are taken on every tour so that you can share your exciting adventure with friends and family.
Complimentary donuts, coffee, hot chocolate and cold drinks are provided both at the shop and on the boat. Tour prices include all of the gear that you will need for your tour, mask, fins, snorkel and wetsuit.
Tours are operated several time a day all year long.

We welcome manatee snorkelers of all ages. Manatees are completely harmless, they are docile creatures who are curious by nature. We have taken children as young a 20 months old out to swim with the manatees, this is a family adventure that all can participate in.
Rates per person are $45.00, this includes all of the gear that you will need for the tour. Also included in the tour price is complimentary donuts, coffee, hot chocolate and bottled water both at the shop and on the boats.
Our tours are by reservation only. We would suggest that you reserve your seats as soon as you have a definate date in mind. During the winter months, the boats will fill up fast and by reserving early, you will ensure that you don't miss the boat! You can reserve by calling our shop at 1-352-564-TOUR (8687). Reservations are taken 7 days a week from 8AM to 8 PM.
We are located only 1 hour North of the Tampa airport and 2 hours Northwest of the Orlando attractions. Crystal River has several hotels which you can choos from if you decide to come the day before. Visit our accomodations page on our website to see the hotels that offer our guests discounts.
Disney, Epcot, Sea World, Universal Studios are only 2 hours away.
