The guest bedroom has 1 single bed and there is a guest bathroom with glass shower cubicle. Just in case there is a sofa bed in the living room for an extra guest, so 3-4 guests can sleep comfortably, especially since black-out curtains have been installed in both the living and bedrooms.

The apartment is equipped with one 42 inch Plasma HDTV in the living room with ultra-wide viewing angle + multiregion DVD player + cable TV. There is a 32" wall mounted LCD screen in the master bedroom with cable TV as well.
