The house is in the middle of a private park (of 3,000 square metres).
The house ( 300sqm ), which is on two floors, has got a ground floor and a basement.
At the ground floor, in wooden floor, there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with Jacuzzi and shower cubicle, a big living-room with a fireplace and three large window-doors which open into the park, a kitchen fully equipped with an other fireplace and a direct access to a covered veranda, ideal for enjoying a meal or relaxing.
At the basement there is a very big living-room with a fireplace and a billiard table, a kitchen area, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower cubicle, and a laundry.
The park of 3000 square metres is equipped with barbecue, swing, hammock, pool 4 x 8.5 meters, porch, outdoor furniture, surrounded by trees, palms and lawn, enclosed with a wall and so on.
In the park there is also a typical stone country house (“TRULLO”).
