My studio is located in El Dorado village which is a modern village situated on the East coast of the Dominican Republic, in the province of Higuey in the town of Bávaro and only 20 minutes from the International Airport of Punta Cana. It is situated ONLY about 8 minutes walk from the fine white sands on the beach of Bavaro where you can go for beautiful relaxing walks. You can also find numerous bars, discos, restaurants and shops within walking distance.

A 5 minute drive will get you to the Cocotal Golf Club and the Palma Real Shopping Village home to the Hard Rock Cafe, Tony Romas, Sushi, movie theatre, banks and many stores that cater to distinctive international and local tastes. There is a free shuttle service at nearby hotels where you can wait in their lobby to take you to the Palma Real Shopping Village.

Other nearby attractions include horseback riding, diving, boat tours & water sports. There are many excursion companies within the area so you can review their offerings for para sailing, deep sea fishing, windsurfing, snorkeling, zipline adventures and scuba diving.

Vacation Rental Property

The residential community of El Dorado Village is provided with mutual green, private parking, garden with swimming pool, 24 hour security. Inside the village there are shops including a pharmacy, grocery store, salon, and sports bar. There are restaurants with international and local cuisine, boutiques and others just outside the complex within walking distance. Hang out at the Beach Club at the Bamboo bar where you can be served breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Although your studio (2nd floor) does NOT have wireless internet inside, the bakery/coffee shop on the ground floor has wireless internet so treat yourself to a coffee or light meal while surfing the web. You will also have access to an air-conditioned gym for a one time fee of $16 per person throughout your entire stay (optional).
You are in the ideal community since it is just an 8 minutes walk to the one of the best beachs in the island that comes with all of the necessary amenities.

Sleeps 4 on 1 queen size bed and a sofa bed.

Amenities

Your studio has a kitchen with a fridge, 4 range electric burner, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine/dryer, air condition, ceiling fan, private spacious balcony with a partial view of the swimming pool, sliding screen door to prevent insects from coming inside the studio, a queen size bed, a sofa bed, cable tv and an iron/ironing board . You will be provided with an initial supply of fresh, clean towels and linen. There will be no soap or shampoo however you can buy these products at the local convenience store called Cicolelle which is open from Mon-Sat from 8:30am-8pm within the complex. There will be nobody cleaning your studio during your stay unless you pay for housekeeping services which is a daily rate of US$60.(optional)

There is a security deposit of US$200 which is refundable upon check out provided there are no damages to the studio.
