Start a home cooked meal in your fully equipped kitchen with all the Comforts of Home! No need to eat out every night like a Hotel stay, this villa has it all. Sit down for a movie in the family room on the high 40” TV and DVD player. The children’s rooms have Disney murals of Nemo and the Lion King. In the Nemo bedroom, there is also cable TV, with DVD player, Playstation console and many games. The master king suite sits off the family room with cable TV, ceiling fan and full size bath with double sinks. * We require a Booking Deposit of $200 US confirm a booking and hold your specific days (non-refundable). The deposit will be deducted from total balance. Full Balance needs to be paid, if less than 8 weeks before vacation dates.
* We require a Security Damage Deposit Fee of $250 US . This will be returned after check-out and no damages or issues have occurred.
* Contact us for SPECIALS, long-term stays, monthly stays and SNOW BIRDS stays.
* Bookings of less than 7 nights incur a cleaning charge of $95US .
