The front door opens into a very spacious entrance hall leading to the lounge/dining area with fireplace and patio doors. Hallway with guest cloakroom. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen including hob/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. On the ground level is one twin with ensuite bathroom, one twin bedroom and one double bedroom sharing a shower room, all with fitted wardrobes and wooden floors. Air-conditioned (supplement payable during Low season).
The entire villa is beautifully decorated and has satellite TV. Large garden area, mainly laid to lawn. Large swimming pool.
The villa is fully air-conditioned (cools and heats) with operational remotes. The remotes will be in the property on arrival if the air conditioning has been requested and paid for prior to arrival. When using air conditioning please ensure all exterior windows and doors are kept closed, failure to do so will overload and damage the system.
Kitchen/utility room appliances:
The property is equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. The hob and oven are electric. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer & second fridge.
Stereo/CD Player in lounge, Built-in BBQ on terrace, Built-in marble seating and table on terrace.
The property is equipped with the following safety features:
- Alarm - This should be activated each time you leave the property. The alarm code will be given together with keys on your arrival.
- Window Shutters - Whilst shutters assist in keeping the property cool, they are also an added security measure. Please take care with shutters operated by a cord/handle, use of force can damage the roller mechanism. In accordance with safety regulations the following items have been installed where applicable:
- Window Stickers - These should be on all full-length glass patio doors/windows to make clear when doors are closed and therefore prevent people walking into them unaware.

Rubbish is collected daily from the large roadside containers strategically positioned throughout the area. Removal of rubbish from the property is not part of the maid service. Please ensure you dispose of rubbish on a daily basis.
During your stay the garden will have to be maintained. The gardener may start work as early as 8 a.m. and normally visits once per week. The lawn is watered by an automatic irrigation system. The times of operation may vary and normally last for approx. 1 hour. Garden furniture is generally kept in the pool area and cushions stored inside the property together with any sunshades. Please feel free to arrange these as you wish.
The pool is fresh water treated with chlorine and is cleaned once per week. As with the gardener, the pool contractor may start work as early as 8.00 a.m. and cleaning should take approx. 20 minutes. There is a pool net available to you for removing leaves. There is a pool side shower.
