Qamea Resort and Spa is an intimate boutique with seventeen luxuriously appointed and air conditioned Bures and exquisite Royal Beach Houses with private pools, nestled among swaying coconut palms and verdant tropical gardens. <BR><BR> All of our accommodation is spacious with polished local mahogany wood floors, four poster canopy beds, comfortable furnishings with local art and crafts. <BR><BR> Qamea Resort is set amidst 100 acres of lush tropical landscaped gardens, bushland, and jagged volcanic South Pacific Mountains that soar behind the property. The entire resort fronts onto a private white sand beach over a kilometre in length. <BR><BR> With four swimming pools (three for the private use guests staying in our Royal Beach Houses), the Guinot spa, a PADI accredited dive shop, snorkeling just off the resort and daily activities ranging from catered picnic lunches at cascading jungle waterfalls to invigorating coastal and mountain hikes there is always plenty for our guests to enjoy. <BR><BR> If privacy is what is sought, our romantically decorated bures and beach houses, all with outdoor showers, and many with private swimming pools or garden Jacuzzi spa baths, this will be the place where lifelong memories are made. Guests can enjoy our cuisine which includes local seafood, organic vegetables and fruit. <BR><BR> IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Domestic flights to Taveuni Airport are NOT included and need to be purchased separately. Return car and boat transfers from Taveuni Airport to Qamea Island Resort are included in your reservation. <BR><BR> Please advise Qamea Resort via email reservations@qamea.com with your flight details to and from Taveuni Airport no later than 30 days prior to your arrival, or immediately if arrival date is within 10 days.
