Situated just west of the International Date Line and east of Fiji, Tonga is unique because it is the only monarchy in the Pacific. <p> Little Italy offers the finest vista, walking distance to the Royal palace and a 2 minute drive to downtown Nukualofa. It was the dream of the owners when the hotel was built in 2008, to satisfy three essential, yet simple, expectations including friendly attentive service, great dining in a relaxed atmosphere and clean comfortable rooms.<p>Today, in harmony with the mission, the Hotel is reaffirming the commitment to ensure you receive the service, good food and accommodations you expect. In other words, the hotel promises you a clean room, friendly staff, great food and best value while you are a guest at this hotel. <p>The newly-built hotel is a 22-rooms property, opened in July 2008 evoking all the quaint charm of Tonga, to offer guests an upscale and memorable vacation experience. The property features evoke an Italian-style, offering an array of absolutely unique amenities that appeal to tourists and locals alike. All of the Ocean View Rooms have private balconies and tastefully furnished rooms.<p>The owners and staff wish you a warm welcome at the Little Italy Hotel, and invite you to experience hospitality at its finest.
