Vacation Rental Property
The second floor is an entertainer's dream. 12 foot ceilings, travertine flooring, recessed lighting, crown molding, gourmet kitchen with an 6 burner viking gas stove and all stainless steel appliances. Separate wet bar with ice machine and wine cooler. Comfortable living area with french doors leading out to the 12X25 foot covered porch with incredible gulf views. Gorgeous bedroom with hardwood floors and tuscany style bath!
The third floor is all HIS and HERS! The owner suite has beautiful hardwood floors throughout and vaulted wood ceilings. The office overlooks Lake Pierna with it's gushing waterfall. Luxurious master bath with his and her dressing areas,walk in closets, separate water closets and a beautifully tiled huge double headed shower. Living area with french doors leading out to the 12X25 foot mediterranean arched covered porch with Gulf views in every direction!
