There is a minimal rental of two nights at $220/night. 4-6 nights rent at $200 a night. One week is $1260 or $180 a night. Discounts for stays over 21 nights down to $142 a night. Rentals of two to three months can be negotiated. Easter and the Christmas/New Year period is in very high demand and rent at $220 a night.
We are happy to negotiate. It is better for us to have you enjoy our house than to have it vacant.

The cottage is ideally located, within walking distance of three Universities, the RPA medical precinct, the Fish Markets, the cafes and funky shops of Newtown, Glebe, Annandale and Balmain. Buses direct to the city and to Coogee Beach are only minutes away. It is quiet, opposite a wildlife sanctuary, around the corner from a new children's playground and directly on the beautiful park walkway and cycle way to the harbour front at Blackwattle Bay.
Built in the 1860s, 121 Hereford is a small, delightful and amazingly accommodating house. It is surrounded by courtyard gardens on three sides, private and secure. Double doors open out the living area to the bamboo lined rear garden. There's lots of windows and lots of light.
Sleeps up to six. One bathroom. There are two bedrooms with double beds, hanging space and drawers. There is extra space in the loft, reached by a pull down ladder in the front room. There are two single beds up there and a folding bed that could be brought down stairs.Also travel cot and high chair available. The beds and linen are high quality, extra linen is provided. Summer and winter weight duvets are supplied and there are extra blankets and pillows in the loft. The bathroom has an integrated laundry with washer, dryer and tub. Towels, beach towels and basic essentials are provided.
There is a telephone supplied for local calls and all utilities (gas, electricity, communications) are included in the rate. Cleaning services can be arranged on a weekly basis if desired and for an additional charge, typically about $80 a week.
The house is a no smoking area and unfortunately we don't allow pets as some of our guests are allergic. Cancellation policies with admin fees apply.
There is a parking permit for unlimited street parking. Otherwise parking is restricted to two hours, 8am to 6pm, Monday - Friday.
We can supply two bicycles and helmets.
