The duplex is just behind the JW Marriott and Casino and Larcomar Mall where you will find the finest restaurants, bars, nightclubs, cafes, Movie Theater, supermarkets and shops in all of Lima. You will also find outside your door banks, more restaurants, dry cleaners, grocery store, and pharmacy.

Vacation Rental Property

The duplex was built in 2008 and is on a quiet back with a 24-hour doorman for your security. The building has a garage parking area.
The living room, dining room, the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms have tiled floors whereas the bedrooms have laminate wood floors. Also the apartment has balconies, one in the living room and two in each bedroom. Also has ceiling fans in the kitchen and the bedrooms 


On the first floor, the living room and dining room are fully furnished with a modern look and 24’TV. The kitchen is completely equipped with an electric stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender and a sandwich maker. To complete the kitchen, china, glassware, silverware, wine glasses, cooking pots and cooking utensils are provided for your convenience. The laundry room features a spill sink, an electric washer & dryer, an electric water heater. The full bathroom includes a stand up seamless glass shower. The powder room is located by the living room area. 


On the second floor, there are two fully furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a 32" TV LCD, a portable electric heater, a desk and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin size beds and a closet. Clean linens and towels are included. The full size bathroom has a tub with a stand up seamless glass shower. 
Also included: free incoming phone calls, security intercom, cable TV and Wi-Fi Internet connection accessibility for your laptop computer

The duplex sleeps up to 4 people and has 2.5 full bathrooms with seamless enclosed showers and tub. The duplex had installed 1 water heater to assure enough hot water for our guests. And 2 ceiling fans in each bedroom.
