Surrounding Area

Stevens Pass runs across the North Central Cascade mountains, through the Mt. Baker/Snoqualmie National Forest and the Wenatchee National Forest. We have cabins conveniently located just one hour from Seattle in Gold Bar, 20 minutes or less from the Stevens Pass ski area in Skykomish or Baring, overlooking the river near Index, or east of the summit near Lake Wenatchee and the Bavarian village of Leavenworth- and all just a stones throw from world class fishing, hiking, and rafting!

Vacation Rental Property

We have many cabins to choose from with a variety of settings and amenities. Our Gold Sky River Cottage is a perfect example of what we have to offer. This 1800 square foot home has 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with a full private bath, jetted tub, double sink vanity, and French doors that open to the riverside deck. Vaulted ceilings and prow windows make the home feel open and spacious while bringing in the natural outdoor beauty and plenty of sunlight. A 6 person dining area and 4 seat breakfast counter are perfect for celebrations and holiday meals. Set on 5 private riverfront acres, one acre is fully fenced and clear for games and summer fun. The hot tub looks out over the sparkling rapids of the river, and nearby access offers great fishing and swimming in the warmer months.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

Gold Sky River Cottage can sleep up to 10 guests max. There are 3 bedrooms: Master suite with a queen bed, second bedroom with full bed, third bedroom with two twin beds. The living room has a pull out bed and 2 more can sleep on an available air bed.

Policies & Restrictions

Pets are welcome! Just $15/night or $50/week.

Smoking allowed outside only. Additional charges may apply if butts are left on the ground or if the cabin smells like cigarette smoke.

We rent to guests 21 years and older. Special arrangements may be made for 18-21 year old guests, please call.

Rates & Availability

Regular rates at all our cabins range from $135-$220/night based on 2 person occupancy. $15-$20/night each additional guest. Weekly rates are generally an 18% discount. Rates are higher from Dec 15- Jan 3. Each cabin has a different cleaning/maintenance fee and applicable area tax (please see our website for rates on each individual cabin)

2 night minimum stay required, 3 nights required over all holidays.

Other Information

20% payment is required to reserve if your dates are more than 30 days away. If your stay is within the next 30 days, full payment is required. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 30 DAYS NOTICE UNLESS WE FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO STAY IN YOUR PLACE! Please be sure to read our Rental Agreement in full, especially regarding cancellations, weather, and refunds.
