We offer for your enjoyment our swimming pool and the poolside BBQ, which is a warm and friendly spot to kick back and enjoy playing cards or just plain relaxing with a good book.
We are located 200 yards off the highway, in a gated, guarded property, on the direct bus route to San Jose where you can catch a connecting bus to anywhere in Costa Rica. We have plenty of parking space and we will help you with any info you need. Just let us know your plan and we will be glad to help.

Vacation Rental Property

villa Rita cottages are comfortable private one bedroom homes, carefully cleaned and inspected for your stay.
The light and cozy living rooms are perfect for watching cable TV or curling up with a book.
All units have a pull-out bed for an extra guest.
The kitchens are equipped with refrigerator, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, pots, pans and dishes, linen, soap and starter spices. Guests can cook all or some of their meals during their stay.
Our one bedroom suites feature a lovely bedroom with a double bed, perfect for a single person or couple.

Villa Rita has 3 villas, all one bedroom and one bathroom. Bedroom will have 1 Double bed and all our units have a futon sofa in the TV room. 3 can sleep comfortably in each Villa.

Policies & Restrictions

We do (sometime) allow pets, no smoking in the villas but all have patio areas.
We are family oriented, also perfect for woman travelers.

Directions

When you leave the airport you take the high way to Jaco, When you arrive to the Manolos intersection you must ramp off to the right and imidiatlite take a left over the high way to continue to La Garita, which is on the way to the City of Atenas after the Manolos intersection you will drive about 1 and half miles and you will see a soccer field to your left hand side, stay heading west for 300 mts more you will find us on your right hand side after Centro Comerial La Garita ( local convenience store and pharmacy) we are 2 gates down from these stores. We are on the right hand side you will see two light pink columns that will say "Villa Rita", turn in and drive up the drive way.
