We consider groups more than 15 people
There are no restrictions about ages, nationalities, sex, religion and etc.
Our capacity is 46 guests, shared in 6, 4, 2 bed rooms. All of our rooms are swites with private bathrooms.
The services included in the price of the stay: Breakfast, full bed linnen and towels, wi-fi in the common areas and cable TV room, also a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook.
Lockers are provided at the first floor hallway. We always have someone at the reception for assistance. 24/7.

You also may be contacted by the property requesting the CVV code of the credit card used for this booking or asked for a deposit. This is only in a case of no-show.
Attention : in shared rooms, the airconditioning works from 7 pm to 10 am

CONDITONS ABOUT NEW YEAR'S AND CARNIVAL PACKAGES:

New year and carnival have packages for these periods with flexible check in! Book online and email us to find out payment facilitations.
-The New Year Eve package has a minimum stayed period of 5 nights starting on December, 28th with check out on January, 2rd. We charge 100% on your booking deposit for reconfirmation (this will be debit in your credit card by our authorization form or with a bank deposit).
You pay 50% when you make your reservation and the rest 50% until october 15th.
- The carnival package deal has a minimum of 5 nights. Same policy for payments as New Years.
You pay 50% when you make your reservation and the rest until november 15th.
*Remember that we just accept bookings in New Year and Carnival for the packages offered . If you make a reservation for less days and not including the days mentioned they wont we take as a valid reservation and you will lose the deposit.
We do not refund package deal payments
For the New Years package we serve a special breakfast everyday. On new years eve morning well pop the bubbly together.!!!!!!
