Directions
Just 3 minutes south of the Katoomba Railway Station. Walk down Katoomba Street, turn left into Church Lane, at the Uniting Church, next to Hostel sign.
GETTING AROUND: simply walk to your destination, we are about 20 minutes walk from the famous three sisters, Echo Point look out, Scenic world, Katoomba waterfalls, Jamison Valley. Other destinations such as Leura forest walk and Leura Cascades can be reached by catching regular local buses.
HOW TO GET THERE
BY CAR: The entrance to the Blue Mountains at Glenbrook/Lapstone is only around 50 minutes drive from Sydney. From the city, follow the signs to Parramatta. The M4 Motorway starts at Strathfield and takes you through to the Blue Mountains. (A toll applies at the Sydney end of the M4). The trip from the CBD to Katoomba takes around 90 minutes. We are approximately 400 metres from Katoomba Railway Station.
BY TRAIN: From Central you can Board an air-conditioned double decker Mountains train. The fast journey to the Mountains will most likely stop at Strathfield, Parramatta, Penrith, Emu Plains, and then all stations up the Blue Mountains. The trip to Katoomba takes 2 hours. Trains generally run every hour and even more frequently during peak commuter times. Taxis are readily available from Katoomba Railway Stations or the walk takes 3 minutes from
