The easiest way is to come by plane Marechal Rondon International Airport (CGB). Several airlines have regular flights bound for Cuiabá, capital of Mato Grosso. Chapada dos Guimarães does not offer airport.

bus:

Capital Cuiabá to Chapada dos Guimarães, the road you will find the option expressed Ruby.
Bus Ruby: ask the driver to get off at the San Sebastian, hopscotch, the point is on the corner of the hostel.

road:

Cuiabá to Chapada can opt for MT 305 that connects the capital of Mato Grosso, Cuiabá 64 km paved road in good condition although no shoulder on the track.
