The Zeperri, is a family run guesthouse, values the welfare of all. Our structure has three different types of Aptos Accommodation for couples and 12 in total, the rustic style that contributes to the environment becomes more friendly and welcoming.
The accommodations have balconies with hammocks, Wi-Fi, double bed, LCD TVs, cable heaters, air-conditioning, fridge, microwave and basic tableware for your convenience since we do not offer breakfast service and housekeeping. In addition, we also have a parking lot and pool.
We are located 400 meters from Campeche´s beach , so some of our rooms look out to sea, providing an incredible visual with the rising of the sun

If you have to cancel your booking, you must do it at least 48hrs before arrival.

If you book between December 15th and March 15th you will be charged 50% in advance in order to secure your booking (non refundable), you may be contacted by the property requesting the CVV code of the credit card used for this booking.
