Drawing upon the evacuation of October 1999, the population of Baños, saw the need to develop a plan for the safe coexistence of people and tourists with the Tungurahua volcano, so we designed a \'early warning system.\'
We offer discounted rates for bikes, Jeep hire, Motorcycles and horse riding.
CharVic Property is open 24 hours a day, the minimum stay is one night and the output time is the following day at 12 noon, payment can be cash or credit card, discounts for groups is 20%

CharVic Property property is located in the city of Baños de Agua Santa, 3 hours oustide of the City of Quito, 6 hours away from Guayaquil city and you need to travel just 1 hour to enjoy the Ecuadorian jungle with its magnificent diversity of flora and fauna.
