Banana Lodge is located on the bank of the river Misahualli and bear it`s name for the banana plants growing in it`s territory. Our purpose is to show the best of this magic region - Amazonia Ecuatoriana - and help to relax or make some sporting activities.

It will take just 10 minutes walk to reach the Lodge from the central park of Puerto Misahualli so you may arrange your leisure time at your taste - giving us the opportunity to guide you or discovering the surroundings yourselves.

The lodge has three cosy rooms with private bathrooms and the lobby with hammocks, BBQ, kitchen and the magnificent view at the river and the rain fores. You may cook grills or prepare your meals yourself as well.

Directions

The village is reachable on a bus from Quito which leave daily at 11.30 am from the bus terminal Quitumbe - Cooperativa Amazonas. This is the only direct bus which arrives to Misahualli at 5.30 pm. Or you may travel to Tena and get a bus to Misahualli which leaves every hour (except the night hours) from the same bus terminal.
It is also possible to travel from Baños or other places to Tena and change the bus in the terminal.
