B&B The Annex has simple but comfortable accommodation in Bahir Dar, with 4 guestrooms decorated in an Ethiopian style.

We have a family-friendly atmosphere with a pleasant garden where children can play. B&B The Annex sleeps up to 9 guests; rent the whole house or just a room.

A large, tasty European breakfast is included in the rates, and other meals are available on request.

We are located in a quiet area within walking distance from the town centre and the bus station.A map and all the directions will be sent to you after the booking.

Airport transfers can be arranged. We can also help you to organise some trips if needed (car rental or boat rental).

Three different parts of the house are available:
Standard room: 1 double room ensuite (in the room)
Basic room: 1 double room ensuite (outside the house), possible to organise it as twin
Triple room or Family room: 2 communicating rooms with a bathroom inside (1 double bed and 2 bunk beds). Number of guests possible: 2 - 4 (eventually 5 with an extra bed).

Check in and check out 11.00- however we are flexible.
We feature a 24 cancellation policy.

Directions

The house is in Kebele 3, which is a residential area, in the center of the city. It is 10 minutes walk from the lake, not far from the new Kiruftu Lodge or the Ghion Hotel. 20 minutes from the busstation, 20 minutes from the market.

The house is a private house and not known in the city. Ask the Marie Stopes Clinic or UNICEF Guesthouse to find us. We are just next door.
