The Valorette is a thirty years old farmhouse
Located at the end of a private road before the village of Tournefort in the valley of Tinée, 45 minutes from Nice, it enjoys a Mediterranean climate, mild and pleasant.
Since we\'re installed in 2003, we renovated the wood cover used in the restaurant, we have created a living space for meals and take you there among spa guests, interns and visitors.
Two rooms for guests, a family space of two small rooms are in the old inn, long stone country house.
Two other rooms are in a brand new wooden chalet on the edge of the forest, and five yurts are scattered on the ground. Our field is built in terraces, it faces the mountain is quiet and very sunny.
We enjoy the mild southern France, and the seasons are well marked. However, if the winter it freezes at night, we rarely have snow.
We have a vegetable garden and several fruit trees, of course, for the preparation of meals, we favor the products of our land and the vicinity.
We opted for sustainable development whenever it \'s possible. Heating older homes is centrally fed by two pumps air to water heat. Our electricity is guaranteed green by Poweo. The hot water from the property is solar. We installed economizers\'s water to showers and sinks of all buildings.
All new toilets are composting toilets, we had a septic system that we have kept on, we added two systems, a composting for two single rooms and a dual-compartment timber for the cottage and yurts.
Greywater is directed to the cottage bins phytoremediation. We have a Mongolian yurt for staff, one American and four yurts yurt made locally in respect of the \'ecology, felt hemp and wood.
The barn has a very harmonious proportions, its insulation is environmentally friendly wood panel. We put our ayurvedic spa on the ground floor there are three cabins Panchakarma, Ayurvedic care practiced in India, especially Kerala, an office for consultations, a toilet and a room\'s water. Everything is wooden and was built by craftsmen in our valley, Tinée. The seminar room, 45m2, stone walls, occupies the entire area on 1st floor, the view is breathtaking.

From the A8, exit St Isidore, take the road to Digne, then turn right direction Vallee de la Tinée direction Isola.
After 10 km, turn around at the roundabout at Bridge Clans and turn immediately right, the D26 direction Tournefort.
After 2k5, take the first private road on the left with a sense forbidden except waterfront, opposite is a base station. Drive 300 m and leave you after seeing the 2 heads of Buddha.
