Flight:
During the season there are charter flights directly to Kalamata

At Athens airport you find the X93 transfer buses to Athens main bus station. From there by bus (KTEL) to Kalamata (Schedules here). Transfer from Kalamata (or also directly from Athens) to Stoupa by taxi ordered in advance, or again by local bus.
