We offer budget accommodation in Haifa: Hotel, Hostel and Holiday Apartment. Port Inn Guest House is suitable for families, couples and individual travelers.

Whether you\'re a family on vacation, a couple traveling in Israel or a backpacker touring the Middle East, we have different kinds of accommodation to suit your needs.

**Credit Card security number (CVC2) must be supplied to guarantee booking, please sent it to Port Inn Guest House once the booking is made. Without the security code, your reservation will NOT be confirmed by the Port Inn **

General:
A reservation is only complete upon receiving an official confirmation letter from the Port Inn.
Changes to the reservation should be made in writing and confirmed by the Port Inn.

**The Port Inn has a very strict time of arrival policy. Please make sure to state your time of arrival when making the reservation. Please note that if you don\'t state your time of arrival, the Port Inn cannot guarantee the availability of your room/bed after 18.00 (six in the evening), if you are not at the Port Inn by that time, the room/bed may be given away, and you will be charged the first night\'s accommodation fee as a no-show. **

If the actual number of guests arriving exceeds the number booked and expected by the Port Inn, the Port Inn cannot guarantee accommodation to the additional guests.

Check in starts at 12:30 (noon) until 23:00.
Check out is at 11:00 in the morning. Guests who check out may use the lounge and computer facilities and store their bags during reception hours, however, they may not go upstairs to the rooms.

The Port Inn reserves the right to cancel a guest\'s reservation if: (a) misleading or incorrect information was given during the booking process, (b) the Port Inn has justified reason to assume that if the guest uses the Port Inn\'s services, the smooth business operations, safety, or reputation of the Port Inn in the public may be impeded.
The Port Inn is entitled to request additional details to those requested when making a reservation online.

Rates:
Guests who are Israeli citizens: rates don\'t include VAT (16%).
Foreign guests: if you don\'t bring your foreign passport or a copy of it for the registration process, you will be regarded as an Israeli citizen and charged with VAT.
Rates can be changed by the Port Inn, if the costumer wishes to change the length of the stay, the number of booked rooms or the services provided with the reservation.
Children under 2 years of age will be accommodated free of charge.
Acceptable payment methods are: Cash (Israeli Shekels, US dollars, Euros).
Payment for the reservation should be made in full upon arrival, unless otherwise arranged and agreed upon beforehand with the Port Inn.
The Port Inn is entitled to request a security deposit in the form of a credit card guarantee. The credit card will not be charged before arrival to the Port Inn.
The Port Inn is entitled to request a security deposit in the form of a money transfer on a sum agreed upon between the Port Inn and the guest, if the guest cannot provide credit card guarantee, or for reservations for a long period of time and/or for a large amount of people.

Please Note: We will contact you for your full credit card details shortly after booking in order to confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy:
For a cancellation of the reservation made up to 7 days prior to arrival, there will be no cancellation fee. Please note that a cancellation should be made in writing and confirmed by the Port Inn.

For a cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival you will be charged for the 1st night of stay. Please note that a cancellation should be made in writing and confirmed by the Port Inn.

If you fail to arrive for your reservation without prior notice to the Port Inn or if you cancel your reservation or parts of it on the day of arrival or afterwards, the full amount of your reservation price will be charged as cancellation fee.

Directions

Arriving by train (both from the south and north):

Take the train to Haifa Merkaz-HaShmona train station. When you leave the station, cross over to the other side of the road and find HaBankim street (depending on where you crossed, it will either be the street corner you're standing on, or about a 100 meters to your left). Walk up HaBankim street and take the first left. You are now on Jaffa road and the Port Inn is about a minute down the street.

Arriving by bus (both from the south and north):

If you're arriving by bus, you will arrive to one of the two central bus stations in Haifa. From either one, take bus number 103 to the Haifa Merkaz train station. Cross the road away from the train station and find HaBankim street (depending on where you crossed, it will either be the street corner you're standing on, or about a 100 meters to your left). Walk up HaBankim street and take the first left. You are now on Jaffa road and the Port Inn is about a minute down the street

Arriving by car:

From Tel Aviv:

From Tel-Aviv City Centre, take road number 2 north and exit . You will enter from Haifa's southern entrance. Drive through a street called Ha'hagana. (You will pass a big ship on your right hand side: this is the maritime museum and it means you are in the right direction. Keep going straight). After that you will see on your left hand side a big grey building called Dagon (written in Hebrew and English). After the building, take the first turn to the right, to a street called HaBankim. Once you're on HaBankim street, take the first turn to the left. You will be on Jaffa road, which is the street where the Port-Inn is located. We are number 34.

From the north:

Follow the signs to Haifa, then to Downtown Haifa. You will enter from Haifa's northern entrance. You will see a tall, rocket shaped building, in front of which the road forks. Keep to the right, leaving the building on your left side. After you pass the building, you will pass by the Haifa Center train station to your right, after which is the big grey 'Dagon' building. After you pass the 'Dagon' building, make a U-turn, then take the first right to a street called HaBankim. Once you are on HaBankim street, take the first turn to the left. You will be on Jaffa road, which is the street where the Port-Inn is located. We are number 34.
