Villa degli Aranci was a well known outside-disco a few years ago, while now is a family-owned guesthouse.
Located at the top of a hill, between the Adriatic Sea and the Cugnolo's wood, it offers comfortable rooms at very low prices.

You can choose between three themed rooms:
The Roses room
The Egyptian room
The Sea room

We don't accept credit card, so please pay in cash.

Each room has a double bed and its own bathroom.
No breakfast included.
Large car-parking in front of the house.

Bathrobes and room cleaning service at the end of every staying or every 3 days for 5+ nights stay.

Directions

We're on the Adriatic Coast: you can reach us by car, taking the A14 (which starts at Bologna and ends in Taranto): our exit is Fermo-Porto San Giorgio.

2.Take the 1st left toward Via Fossatello

3.Take the 1st left onto Via Fossatello

4.Take the 2nd left to stay on Via Fossatello

5.Turn right to stay on Via Fossatello

6.At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Via del Consorzio/SP33

7.At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Via Pietro Mauri/SP33
Continue to follow SP33

8.Slight left at SP34

9.Slight right onto the E55/A14 ramp to Bologna/Pescara
Partial toll road

10.Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Pescara and merge onto A14/E55
Toll road

11.Take exit Civitanova Marche-Macerata
Toll road

12.Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Porto Sant'Elpidio/Montegranaro/Corridonia/Macerata/Tolentino/Montegiorgio

13.At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Via Einaudi

14.Take the ramp to Foligno/Macerata

15.Merge onto SS77

16.Take exit Montecosaro toward SP78

17.Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Casette d'Ete/Montegranaro/Sant'Elpidio a Mare/Monte urano/Fermo and merge onto SP78

18.Continue onto SP8
Go through 2 roundabouts

19.At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Strada Mostrapiedi/SP219
Continue to follow SP219

20.Turn right to merge onto Contrada Campiglione/SP239
Continue to follow SP239
Go through 2 roundabouts

21.Turn left at Contrada Colle Tafano

22.Continue onto Contrada Cugnolo
Destination will be on the right
