The farm is located near Pisa and Florence. We are 20 minutes far away from Pisa Airport and forty-five minutes from Florence Airport, making an ideal foothold for your country holiday in Tuscany, it is also strategically located to reach renowed villages like Castelfalfi (20 min), Volterra (30 min), San Gimignano (50 min) and towns like Siena, because it is inside the triangle Florence, Pisa and Livorno.
What is interesting is that the farm is located near the village of Forcoli, so you can live in the country and have all the services and benefits of this village at hand.
From the property you can enjoy a beautiful view of the hills of Pisa.
The Podere Chiaromonte offers four rooms and two small apartments, all tidy and tastefully furnished, with private entrance, equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, internet connection and heating.
The two small apartments have a living room with couch, a double bed room and bathroom. One of two small apartments is completed with a kitchenette.
All the rooms are twin bedded rooms, with separate bathroom and some rooms can be communicating.
From the property you can enjoy a beautiful view on Valdera heights.
Guest will enjoy a rich breakfast buffet.
For younger guests there is available table tennis.
The barbecue will allow you to try tasty grilled or simply bruschette.

The best way to get here is driving:
From the highway A12 Genova-Livorno
Highway exit Pisa Airport.
Drive along the highway towards Florence. (not the first exit Pontedera -Ponsacco) but the exit Pontedera.
Reach the roundabout and take the third exit towards Palaia-Volterra. Drive untill Forcoli. Arrived at the town center (on your left there is a square and on your right there is a primary school) turn left in Via Nuova (at the corner you see a bank called Monte dei Paschi di Siena) after 300 meters turn right into the gravel road where there are two visible signs banning them.
Take the lane and go straight until the end. Do not stop at the first gate and the first house bt and continue along the road section until the end of the road and you come to our house (red house).

Highway Firenze Scandicci.
Drive along the highway S.G.C. Fi-Pi-Li towards Pisa. Exit Pontedera reach the roundabout and take the third exit towards Palaia-Volterra. Drive untill Forcoli.
