Villa Hospitality seduces his guests with it\'s extraordinary care and cheapness! The seven rooms, with private or shared bathroom, are furnished in classic style. In the common lounge we also have the vending machine for drinks and snacks. Villa Hospitality is located near the medieval sources \'Fonti di Pescaia\' dating 1200 AD. In our garden, table and chairs are available so that our guests can enjoy the nature during the day and the evening.

We also offer to our guests the FREE parking place on our backyard, very convenient considering the high costs for parking in Siena. The Villa is located just few minutes by foot from the ancient walls of Siena.
Small pets are welcomed!

Directions

TRAIN STATION: Enter the commercial center in front of the train station and go downstairs at the bus station. Bus number 3 takes You at the main piazza of the busses (Piazza Gramsci) and then continues to our Villa Hospitality. Stop in via Cesare Battisti and go down the street. We are on the left of the trafic lights.
BUS STATION (Piazza Gramsci): Go at the "Area 4" and take bus 3(stop in Via Cesare Battisit) or bus 6 (stop in Via Pisacane).

BY CAR From the A1: coming from NORTHERN ITALY
Exit at Firenze-Certosa Firenze / Certosa
At the roundabout take the 1st exit and take Raccordo Autostradale Siena-Firenze towards Siena / Colle Val d'Elsa / Poggibonsi / Grosseto
Take the exit Siena Nord and continue straight.
At the roundabout take the 2nd exit and take Strada di Castellina In Chianti/SR222
Continue on SR222
At the roundabout take the 2nd exit and take Via Fiorentina
At the roundabout take the 3rd exit and take Viale Camillo Benso Conte di Cavour. Continue straight on Viale Vittorio Emanuele II.
Keep right at fork and continue on Via Ricasoli. At the second traffic light turn right in Via Martiri Lamarmora Barracks. The first street immediately on your left is Via Giulio Chiarugi.
Enter the Parking Villa Hospitaity opening the first gate on the left.

From the A1 highway: Coming from SOUTHERN ITALY
Take exit Valdichiana-Sinalunga to Sinalunga
Enter in SS327
At the 2nd roundabout take the 1st exit onto the ramp Raccordo Autostradale Bettolle-Perugia
Take direction Raccordo Siena-Bettolle
Take the exit Florence towards Grosseto and enter in SS223
Take the ramp to Siena / Florence / Bologna
Continue straight onto Tangenziale Siena Ovest
Take Exit Siena Ovest, turn left onto Highway 73 in Ponente/SP7 and turn right onto Strada di Pescaia
Slight left to stay on Strada di Pescaia. At the second traffic light turn left in Via Martiri Barracks Lamarmora. Immediately to the left is Via Giulio Chiarugi.
Enter the Parking Villa Hospitaity opening the first gate on the left.
