Lost in the magnificent Blue Mountains, RafjaM Bed & Breakfast is a group of houses and apartments.
Between two rivers, the houses are in the middle of the nature. Protected from the breeze by the hills and warmed up by the sun, the cove is a little paradise. Away from the noise and the heat of Kingston, you will find here quietness and freedom.

Your stay would not be perfect without a nice place to chill-out while tasting a local Red Stripe or a cup of the best coffee in the world.

That\'s why we created our Tiki Bar where everybody is welcome. Built over the river, a few steps lead you to some natural pools where you and your children can indulge yourselves in the cool crystal clear water.

And what about drying up yourself around a table filled in with some of our special dishes?

Hiking in the Blue Mountains is a must. A lot of tracks are running through these incredible hills. Go discover the amazing flight of the Doctor Bird, the Jamaican hummingbird or immerse yourself in a magic cloud of fireflies just after sunset.

For the horse riding lovers, some tours can be organized to show you the beauties of the surrounding nature.

The sun is too hot? The river gives you the opportunity to cool down in one of its natural pools. For the most adventurous, a short walk will bring you, through a coffee farm to a hidden waterfall. Enjoy the Jamaican nature as it was when created.

A visit of a coffee farm is possible. There, you will see how the coffee is made, from the tree to your cup. And, of course, the visit would not be complete without a taste of this famous beverage.

You can also visit the historical military camp of Newcastle where the view over Kingston\'s bay is unique.

For the bird lovers, we organize some bird watching guided by a National Parks Ranger. Come and discover the amazing endemic Jamaican birds!

And after all these activities what would be better than a real professional massage? We now offer the choice between a Swedish massage, a light body massage that will relax you or a Deep Tissue massage that enhances circulation, detox, help for a better brain function and breaks up the toxin of your body. A Hydrotherapy Fomentation Treatment can be done before either of the two massages in order to break up adhesions and help get rid of pain and stress. The massages are done by an experienced certified masseuse.

Directions

Please see directions to Rafjam. If you are driving use a map that will take you to papine, in entering Papine there is a petrol station (the only one) after passing the petrol station take the first left turn which is Gordon Town road, then the fourth left turn onto Irish Town road,the drive is between 20 and 30 minutes from there, you will come upon signs that says Rafjam Bed and breakfast, Tiki Bar etc. follow these signs to Redlight, in reaching redlight you will make a right turn onto Hopewell road (this is a dirt road) be careful when driving down with your car. The signs will lead you to Rafjam

If you are taking the bus.... from Papine take a bus coming to Irish Town or Red Light, you will come off this bus in Red Light, There are signs that will give you additional directions to Rafjam.
