We have 95 guest rooms. Room types include single room, semi-double room, double room, twin room, and deluxe twin room, all nice and comfortable western style. Both smoking and non-smoking rooms are available.

We have a souvenir shop on the ground floor. Local scenery postcard sets are popular souvenirs among our guests.

You can enjoy a delicious seasonal Japanese cruisin in our restaurant on the first floor. It is open from 17:00 until 23:30 everyday, closed on Sundays and national holidays.

The laundry room on the 2nd floor is open from 8:00 till 22:00. 200 yen to use the washing machine each time, and 100yen/30min to use the dryer. The detergent cost 50 yen per use. Whenever you need to use the laundry room, please ask for the key at the front desk, and return the key to the front desk after you finish using. There are also coin-operated laundry machines on the 4th floor.

There are vending machines on the 4th floor that sell soft drinks, beer, Japanese sake, whisky, snacks, and etc.

Our massage room on the 6th floor, "Heart Inn", opens from 18:00 until 24:00 on weekdays, and from 15:00 until 24:00 on Saturdays. Foot massage, head massage and face massage are popular among guests.

We have a large public bath on the 7th floor, open from 17:00 until 1:00 at night, and 6:00 until 9:30 in the morning. In the men's section, a sauna room is also available, from 18:00 until 24:00. Please enjoy a relaxing bath in a traditional Japanese atmosphere.

We are located 1 min walk from JR Matsumoto Station. After getting out the east exit of Matsumoto Station, walk left on Rt. 143 for a minute. We are on the left side of the street.

From Tokyo by bus:
From Shinjuku Station to Matsumoto Bus Terminal, about 3 hours and 30 min.
The JR Matsumoto Station is on the west side of the bus terminal. Walk to the train station, and walk on Rt. 143, the main street outside the east exit of JR Matsumoto Station, to our hotel. It only takes 2 or 3 min.
