Areia Branca Youth Hostel

This hostel called White Sand is really the best you can get by the beach. If you like surfing and body boarding, this is the place for you to break some waves and get a cool tan but being careful not to get burnt, of course.

You can get to the beaches of Super Tubos and Baleal in the blink of an eye, and the nights should be full of fun, since the place is full of bars and discos. Start making plans for a great holiday!

The beach is about 3 metres from the hostel!

Hostelling International membership card is required. Portuguese can buy it directly at any hostel. Foreigners should buy it in their home countries otherwise a supplement of 2€ per night/per person (until 6 nights/stamps) will be charged to non-members (Welcome Stamp Card).

Directions

Bus Lisbon: Network Express station in Sete - Rivers, towards the White Sand Beach
North: Network Express to Peniche - bus to White Sand Beach - the stop to the Youth Hostel is 5 minutes walk

• Train the nearest Youth Hostel: Torres Vedras - bus to White Sand Beach

• Car Lisbon: A8 towards Torres Vedras - output: Vimeiro / Lourinhã; national highway towards Lourinhã until indication of White Sand Beach and a youth hostel - the hostel is near the White Sand Beach and not in the town of White Sand
Porto: A1 - daida: Leiria - follow the A8 - towards IP6 Peniche - before arriving at Peniche goes forward to Lourinhã - after 12 km plate: White Sand Beach - head towards the beach
