KER JAHKARLO is a cultural association located in Dakar in a quiet and residential area, 5 minutes walking from Yoff beautiful beach and 15 minutes driving from down town. From the airport you can easily reach KER JAHKARLO by taxi in 10 minutes.

In the area, you can easily find all necessary services: banks, markets, hospitals and public or private transports.

KER JAHKARLO consists of 4 rooms for a maximum capacity of 11 persons, a common room with television, DVX player, Internet access, book exchange and a board with information on tours and cultural events.

KER JAHKARLO has a beautiful sea view terrace equipped with two houses in traditional style for relaxing under the sun or having the included breakfast!

KER JAHKARLO is managed by the members of the Italo-Senegalese Association JAHKARLO, that can offer you guided tours in Dakar and in Senegal, cultural events, art workshops (music, dance, etc..), cooking and language class and meals in Jahkarlo traditional restaurant.

Please note we have a 72-hour cancellation policy and cc facilities are not available upon arrival: we only accept cash.

Ker Jahkarlo is located in the area HLM (Hachelem) Grande Medine. The point of reference is the Ecole (school) Dior. A taxi from the airport will cost 2500CFA if you negotiate (5000 IF you don't).

Ker Jahkarlo is 200 meters from the Ecole Dior. Take the road sloping downwards, turn left at Darraji couture (first left), then turn right before mima coiffure (first right). The address is 218 Ker Jahkarlo
