Mama Yolisa's Place accommodates and caters for a wide audience of individual local and international customers who are in the country on short or extended vacation and are inclined to experience and learn about the rich history of the South African community.
Mama Yolisa began hosting exchange students in 2004 in her home in Langa from where she continues to cater to students, families and tourists. Mama Yolisa's Place has proud history of growth in spite of some insurmountable challenges that have brought nothing but a strong will to continue and succeed.Our customers have the pleasure of savouring and enjoying mouth-watering and succulent meals prepared at the customer's request and preference. Our menu list includes a variety of delicate, delicious western dishes as well as the fine traditional African treats.

Available for over-night and extended stays this beautiful home is wonderfully furnished and decorated by Mama Yolisa and accomodates 6 individuals in its 3 available rooms. Two rooms have double beds while one other has two twin beds. One double bed and the twins are connected by a walk through and have an access to the bathroom that all three share. The other double bed includes a sitting room and connects to the bathroom as well. The kitchen is available for use however breakfast, supper and/or any meal with prior notice will be provided. There is cable and TV in every room, laundry facilities, heat and parking available. Mama also provides walking tours of the surrounding township to interested visitors.
