Omshanty have at your disposal comfortable, spacious, quiet and intimate cabins in the heart of the Amazon rainforest. Your best ' base camp 'to explore the jungle in depth without losing the comfort and communications (public buses stops at the main gate of Omshanty each 25min).

In Omshanty find a place to relax and enjoy nature at its best. Nestled jungle Uitotos our indigenous neighbors, with the ones we work directly (80% of our staff is indigenous) and the forest itself will make you get more interested and want to further explore this natural paradise.

In Omshanty we offer four types of accommodation.
1.- The first, favorite and most requested by visitors are independent our comfortable cabins. They have 1 double bed and 2 simple beds with option of 1 more simple extra bed. Each cabin have a livingroom, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, porche with hammock and bbq. Equipped with electricity, potable (drinking) water, bedding sets and bath, table, chairs, kitchen stuff and mosquito net are undoubtedly the most complete option on the outskirts of Leticia. All of them are independent, private, quiet, surrounded by gardens and located in a 20.000m2 farm and in aa natural environment that will fascinate you.

2.- The second option is a shared cabin that has the same facilities than the other but this one have 6 simple beds and 'it works' as a 'traditional dormitory' on common hostels.

3.- The third option, for low-budget travellers is lodging at our 'Hammock area', where you can found a place (simple structure covered with roof) were you can sleep in hammocks. Whe provide the hammocks but if you bring it you can get up to 50% dto.
4.-In our facilities there are designated areas for camping with tent.

Vía Leticia-Tarapacá km11 - Omshanty -
Just in front of the Uitoto indigenous community 'Patio de ciencia dulce'.
You can arrive, from Leticia, by public bus, 'motocarro' or taxi.
You can arrive to Leticia by plane (from Bogotá) or by ship/speedboat from Iquitos (Perú) and Manaus (Brazil)
